How much does it cost?

Does it have online tests for NEET and JEE?
Yes. Teachers build papers from the question bank (for example a NEET paper out of 720) and students take them on an NTA-style exam screen. Marks, ranks and a mistake book are made automatically, and online tests can be proctored with full screen and tab-switch warnings.
Is the app available in Tamil?
Yes, for students and parents. Their screens switch between Tamil and English with one tap. Office and teacher screens are in English.
Will students see the Horvans name?
No. Students and parents see your centre's name, logo, colours and app icon. The app is white-label, so it looks like your centre's own app.
Can we run it on our own server?
Yes. You can use the Horvans cloud, or install it on hosting you already own, on your own domain. A self-hosted copy is licensed to your domain and gets signed updates that can install themselves, with one-click undo.
How long does setup take?
Signing up takes a few minutes. Send us your student list, an Excel sheet is fine, and we import your batches, teachers and students and set your logo and colours with you.
Does it work on mobile phones?
Yes. It runs in any modern phone browser, and students and parents can add it to their home screen with your centre's icon. Office staff can also use a desktop or laptop.
Is our students' data safe?
Each centre's data is kept separate, every person sees only their own part, and staff sign in with their own logins. Student phone numbers are not shared the way they are in a WhatsApp group. If you prefer, you can keep all the data on your own server.
